Where it all began

Before moving into education, I served in the British Armed Forces, where I learned the value of structure, discipline, and leadership in high-pressure and often kinetic environments.

Those lessons have shaped everything I do today, from how I communicate in the classroom to how I support providers in meeting their operational goals.

I’ve since worked with a range of training providers, private security companies, and educational organisations, helping them strengthen their delivery, improve learner engagement, and stay compliant with awarding body standards.

I operate under a clear and transparent Client Non-Solicitation Agreement when working with partner companies. This agreement ensures that we do not directly approach or poach any of our partners’ existing clients.

However, it also recognises that we cannot prevent those clients from independently contacting us in the future, nor are we restricted from working with them if they choose to do so of their own accord.

This approach protects our partners’ business interests while maintaining fairness, professionalism, and the freedom for clients to make their own decisions.
